Brock intends to continue to surround himself with employees who are willing to work as hard as he and his father do. “Growing the company in a slow and steady manner is the ideal way to do it” he admits. “Trying to grow too fast will only create more headaches than it’s worth. I don’t ever want to fall into the trap of being so big that customer service suffers. I’ll never let that happen.”
